In 1969 Laurence J. Peter wrote a book called “The Peter Principle”. The basic premise of the book is that in any hierarchy, people tend to rise to their level of incompetence.

In the Kingdom of God, there is a different “Peter Principle” at work. God does not call the

qualified, He qualifies the called.
